Andrew works on CEO and VP-level searches for Enterprise Software, Application, Infrastructure and Internet Services companies at the forefront of innovation.

Prior to Kindred, Andrew worked in business development and sales management at Xerox Corporation in New York City.

He is a graduate of Gettysburg College and has his M.B.A from the Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business at Babson College.
