Kat joined Kindred in 2018 and has been helping to build the senior management teams at venture-backed startups. Her particular area of focus is VP and C-level Customer Success, Finance and People searches for high-growth B2B SaaS companies. She has helped build leadership teams at HackerOne, Amplitude, BetterUp and Handshake, among others.

Prior to Kindred, Kat was a Recruiter at Betts Recruiting working primarily on sales and customer success searches.

Kat grew up in Connecticut and went to Gettysburg College where she played Lacrosse.
