Tarnejah joined Kindred in 2021 and has been helping to build leadership teams at both VC-backed and promising public companies. She primarily focuses on VP- and C-level Engineering & Product searches for companies in the deep tech and consumer sectors.

Before joining Kindred, Tarnejah was a member of Heidrick & Struggles’ CEO & Board and Industrial practices, where she primarily built teams across Fortune 1000 and PE-backed industrial and technology companies.

Tarnejah is a Dallas native and an alumna of Howard University. When she’s not building top leadership teams, you can find Tarnejah traveling, watching boxing, or enjoying the performing and visual arts.
