Bella joined Kindred in 2024 to help build the senior management teams at venture-backed startups, and focuses on VP and C-level searches across Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Prior to Kindred, Bella spent several years in the executive search industry at Goldsmith & Co and Daversa Partners, where she built leadership teams for private equity and venture-backed businesses across the consumer and B2B/enterprise landscapes.

Bella grew up in New Hampshire and went to Elon University, where she earned her B.A. in International Studies & Policy Studies.
