A founder of Kindred Partners, Loren has been conducting CEO and VP-level searches since 1995. Loren leads Kindred’s People Practice focusing on Chief People Officer, Vice President, People and Head, People searches across Kindred’s portfolio.

Loren is also the Co-Chair of Kindred’s Diversity committee, and helps lead our efforts to drive awareness and achievement of diversity goals within the most senior levels of the technology industry. We are proud that this effort has resulted in meaningful impact- over the past five years, 45% percent of our placements self-identified with a primary dimension of diversity.
